Direct Delivery began operations on June 1st, 1993 as a courier service. On this day, a commitment was made to provide on-time delivery with the utmost of customer care. That principle still drives our business today… Greg Mertz purchased the business on April 1st, 2004 and since has grown Direct Delivery to deliver anything and everything, to and from anywhere in the Midwest. From envelopes to skidded materials – these are our specialties and to make things easier (more convenient) for our customers, we were at the forefront by developing software that still today, is state-of-the-art. Through our secured website, our customers can track orders, run reports, place orders (discounted) in advance and much more, making shipping direct a much easier and convenient option.

In 2013, we welcomed our 3,800th client. For more than 20 years, our client list has grown, and we constantly strive to make them all number one!

We take all of our client relationships seriously, and as far as we’re concerned, their business is our business. The partnerships we have established through the years are what brings us enjoyment as we have shared, and helped build successes. Whether on a running account at a set rate, or even when a customer needs a custom quote based on a set budget, we will work with you from the onset of the process.

We have been using Direct Delivery, Inc. for YEARS. The prices are good, but their employees are better. Many times I’ll call in my order rather than submit it online when I have a moment or two to talk. They’re always friendly and courteous; sometimes it is as if I am their ONLY customer because they remember who I am and I feel like our business really matter to them. It’s like calling a friend. It is nice, though, to have the option of placing my requests online when I’m busy with phones. They are reliable, quick, accurate, and most of all – always a pleasure to deal with.

When the drivers show up to pick up my packages, they are courteous and CLEAN! This is important to me and my employer. We know our clients don’t cringe when our delivery service of choice shows up with a package for them.
